On July 24, 2016, my brother -n-law Sergio was traveling to California for a business trip and suffered a stroke. He was required to stay in the hospital for a week before doctors allowed him to travel home. Upon arrival to Houston he was sent to a rehab facility. Sergio is under doctor's orders. He is learning how to read, write, and walk again. We are hoping he will make a full recovery. The doctors are hopeful, but he has a long road ahead of him. Due to the stroke and unable to work , at this point the family's income has dropped considerably and Sergio is the sole financial provider. We are soliciting for your help for the family due to loss of income and medical expenses. Please consider donating. Many of you know how close my sister and I are. I love her and her family with all my heart. I truly hope this go fund me page will help them keep their home and pay the monthly bills. We pray Sergio will make a full recovery and be able to return to work soon.
