Donate to help Cameron with unforeseen expenses

My name is Abby Brate, and I am requesting donations to this GoFundMe site to support my nephew, Cameron.  Cameron is currently experiencing a medical emergency outside our home state of Pennsylvania. Cameron has been diagnosed with SMAS, a very rare but ultimately curable disease that will require continuous medical care over the next several months (you can learn more about SMAS at this link:  https://rarediseases.org/rare-diseases/superior-mesenteric-artery-syndrome/

Our family requests financial support through GoFundMe to aid Cameron’s continued medical treatment.  We are unsure of the costs required for Cameron’s medical treatment, and we continue to work with the insurance company and Cameron’s medical team to understand that better. Please note that all funds raised will go to related expenses.
