I just spent 10 days with Lenin and William, they are some of the hardest working guys I know! They have all the skills required to become top of the line rope access technicians and I think that there is a lot we can do to push them in the right direction.
They are from Nicaragua, a country where any kind of funding is pretty much non-existent, a country where having"savings" only exists in the smallest percentage of the population. As far as I know, rope access does not exist in Nicaragua, Lenin and William's dream is to, one day, open the first Irata training facility in the country.
I am looking to collect donations to help them accomplish this dream and launch them into a great career. They are looking at taking an Irata course in central or south America.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, airfare, accomodation, deal on a course, job opportunities...anything!
