Nurses helping Nurses Flood Relief
Hi, my name is Roderick Pamilar, a registered nurse. I have lived in Louisiana most of my life and proud to call Louisiana home. Last week, Louisiana experienced devastating floods in Baton Rouge, Livingston, Central, Zachary, and many other parishes.
I created this page because my boss and several coworkers where amongst those who lost some if not everything due to the flood. Some were able to escape from their flooding home with just the clothes on their back. They all are safe but are now in the process of recovery.
I was one of the lucky ones. So this is the least I can do for my nursing team. These are nurses that dedicated their lives to helping others, and now they need our help.
In efforts to raise money for my boss and coworkers, the money will be used to assist them with purchasing immediate needs including pillows, inflatable beads, medicine, socks, underwear, clean water, etc. I know this may not seem a lot, but anything would be helpful for them to get back on their feet after everything they have lost.
Along with my fellow nurses Brandi Mouledous and Brooke King, your generosity would be greatly appreciated. We will collect and distribute any donations to them and their families.
If you would like to contribute in another way, I have created an Amazon Wishlist with other necessities.

If you would like to send them an Amazon Gift Card via email, please email me so I can send you their email addresses.
Thank you for your prayers and help to our community as we come together and rebuild an even better Louisiana.
