Louisiana has yet again been devastated by massive flooding. As of Friday morning, 13 people have died and more than 40,000 homes have been damaged in ongoing flooding in southeastern Louisiana.
Up to two-and-a-half feet of rain that swelled rivers and swamped the area in and around Baton Rouge, La., has led the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to classify the flooding as a once-in-every-500-years event.
3xLOGIC employee and 30-year Sonitrol Products Group team member Paula Wagner, has been directly affected by this tragedy. Her husband’s parents, Charles and Virginia Wagner, are among the many who have lost their homes.
One can only imagine the devastation and helplessness the Wagner’s are experiencing. 3xLOGIC has established a GoFundMe campaign on their behalf to assist them financially and has made a kick-off contribution of $1,000. Any donation is gratefully appreciated.
