My cousin Cody Sams was diagnosed back in October with Stage 3 testucular cancer. It was removed but in December found out it has now traveled to his lungs. He has started 12 weeks of Chemo. He is unable to work nor is he able to collect unemployment. At only 22 it breaks my heart that he has to go through this. I've put $5000 as the goal yet that amount in the end may just be a fraction of his medical bills. In the time being he could use any help with bills, food and living.
