Hey fans (and soon-to-Be Fans!
I'm Cameron Strife, a musician, composer, producer, recording artist and guitar instructor. Right now, I'm at a very exciting time in my musical career, and you're invited to share in my endeavor as I complete and release my third solo album. I appeal to you with an ambitious dream: to have my upcoming album professionally mastered and to get as much exposure as possible.
On my Youtube channel, you'll find a compilation of demos for the next album. Give it a listen!https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_eC3z9TXEqc3eHqWfP7oVg

The wheels for my next masterpiece are already in motion:
⦁ I've chosen an exciting, guitar-based theme for this album (featuring elements of classic and prog rock, among other styles).
⦁ I've recorded several rough demos that will be polished into tracks.
⦁ I've mapped out my recording, production, mastering, and distribution plans.
⦁ I've pinpointed several fantastic, talented professional musicians whom I'll invite to guest-play on several tracks.
Now that my plans for this project are in order, here's where you come in: Your selfless donation can help make my dream project a reality.
You may ask:
"But wait... Who the heck are you anyways?"
To give you a more detailed idea of my professional background:
I am a guitar teacher, multi instrumentalist and indy producer currently living in Connecticut. My previous two solo albums were composed and produced in my own home studio. Additionally, I took part and led several other recording projects when I lived in the UK in the early 2000's
A little more about me:
I have been totally blind for over half my life, but I don't consider that to be a defining characteristic of who I am and what I accomplish.
A few of my major musical influences are:
Pink Floyd, Joe Satriani, Jimi Hendrix, and Rush, among many other amazing artists. I play, and have played, music ranging from classic rock and blues to pop, new age and nearly everything in between.
"Why do you need money up front to make this record?"
Well, as stated before, I want this one done right!
My previous artistic efforts were strictly solo endeavors. They were produced in my own studio, and I was the only contributing artist.
Since then, I've grown considerably as an artist, and my ambition for future projects has grown as well.
Creating great artistry and maintaining true musicianship costs money. Here are my anticipated upfront expenses:
⦁ In order to invite several musicians I greatly respect to guest on this album, I need to hire them upfront.
⦁ In order to have it professionally mastered this time around, I'll need to pay for this service upon the album's completion.
CD duplication, digital distribution, shipping, marketing and promotion, copyrighting the songs-- It all costs money.
The amount of money I can invest in each aspect of the production, promotion and distribution of this album will determine the quality of each service I tap into.
My dream is to allow this creative work to reach as wide an audience as possible. Will you chip in to make this dream come true? Every little bit helps!
