Hello my dear friends,
     Impact team, sponsors, and caring individuals who have known of the work of the Community & Children's Impact center for over the past 11 years. We as a collective group of people from far and wide has kept us doing the amazing work we do for all our communities trhough your contributions and kindness. We have hosted thousands of events over the years that has helped victims of abuse, assault, crime, disaster, and daily needs of poverty related families. We have made huge impacts in people's lives by assisting with utility bills, fire victims, emergency crisis, clothing, food, college tuition, flood victims and much more.
     Our programs like Feed the Hunger, Work Programs, Outdoor programs, educational programs are all funded by all of us and because of each of you we have been able to make a huge IMPACT daily for poverty related families.  All of us working together has made us able to help thousands of people over the years. I now need you  for the biggest blessing ever.

   Today August the 18th 2016 part of our prayers  have been answered, and we need your help to make it a reality.

We were contacted by this amazing couple in Shepherd who has some land for sale. After they took us to look at it I just knew this was it. This was the location I have been praying for for so long.  This is the location we need so desperatly to build our Impact Center, food pantry, and resale shop and our youth projects.
  The folks who have it are willing to sell it to us at a incredible price ONLY because they said they knew we were doing God's work and they would discount the price and take payments. It is right on Hwy 150 in Shepherd, Tx.  A beautiful piece of land and a perfect location for the future Impact Center.
   I was so excited after talking to the City of Shepherd as I felt their excitement that we finally found something. I came home and called all sorts of metal building companies.

 We have found another company Muller's in Willis who after hearing our story is going to give us a much better deal on our new building with insullation and a slide up door. Thanks to David Jones.

    With this building and land, I don't have to tell the folks who already know us what the possibilites would be. You already know how hard we have worked for years helping others and how much more we can accomplish with this opportunity. This is a once in a life time opportunity for us and we can't do it without your help.

     The building we are in now is dangerous, it leaks all over the building, lights don't work in most parts of it, no heat or a/c in back part of the building, the mold is taking over and making us sick, rotten rafters that could fall in at any time, not to mention we have completely grown out of this building and need a larger space. We need a miracle before this building is completely unuseable and we will have to close the doors for good. So many people depend on us, so time is critical and the funds are needed as soon as we can make it happen before the winter sets in.

Let me ask you this?
*Are you a parent in the Shepherd, Coldsprings, Cleveland, Tarkington area? If so do you feel there is enough things for your children to do?

*Do you feel there is enough resources available to you in a time of need?

*Has your family gone to bed without meals?

*Has your family ever been in a emergency situation in the middle of the night and had no where to turn?

*Do you know anyone who's home was distroyed by fire or floods and you had no clothes, food, or a way to pay bills?

*Have you ever known of a young adult that dreamed of going to college and didn't have the funds?

*Have you and your husband worked all month and still could not cover your bills? Who was willing to give you the funds just because you needed help?

*Has there ever been a time when your child did not have clothes to start school or food for the holidays.

*Have you had your spouse leave you and had no clothes, car seat, or a way to feed your family? Where did you turn too?

*Have you ever wanted so bad at Christmas to have toys under the tree for your children and you just couldnt make it happen without alittle help?

We are not needing just land and a building we are needing  a life line to our community needs. We are needing a hand up so we can continue to bless others.

Not one person in the Impact Center gets paid we all do it from our hearts and the love we have for our communities. NOT just Shepherd. We service any and all communities of families who have proven to have these needs and no where to turn too. YOU NOR I can ever be prepared for what can happen in our lives. WE ALL NEED HELP AT TIMES.

This NEW LOCATION will be a new beginning for all of us. After school programs, youth activities, youth programs, gardening program, senior citizen interaction,  resale shop, hopefully food pantry and much more.

    If you could please make a contribution, small or larger it  will help us get closer to our goal. We have tax deductible opportunities for all contributors.

   
May God take control of this situation and pray that this goal is met as quickly as possible so we can do what God has send us to do. HELP OTHERS IN NEED!!!
