Skyler's Medical Bills

I am Skyler Harrelson's Momma-Joe❤️(Grandmother). Skyler, my softball player has always been in perfect health. This started with a headache and totally NO energy. Within one week, blood work, primary Doctor sent her directly to Egelston Children's Hospital!!! Starting with MRI, ultrasound and blood work, they admitted Skyler into hospital. During a week stay at Hospital, Skyler was diagnosed with an autoimmune diseases attacking her kidneys(ANCA Vasculitis). Skyler went through a kidney biopsy which was rough on her. Skyler took her first cytoxan(chemo) treatment in the hospital to help get rid of the white blood cells in her blood that have the antibodies. That along with strong steroids, and BP medicine. She was able to come home the day before school started, and she was strong enough to go to school the first day(not to mention she was starting a brand new school), what a TOWER of Strength!!! Skyler is still on strong steroids, BP meds and still has 3 more chemo treatments, with a possible 4 more chemo added to that. Skyler is also on a strict renal diet, which totally changes the whole dynamics for the whole family. Rusty has to plan and calculate every meal, snack, school lunch etc. for Skyler, Plus cook for the rest of the family. Rusty must be a superhero!!!!!!! Rusty and Matt are both teachers which I'm sure you all know.The Harrelson Family is now facing up to or over $15,000.00 in Hospital, Doctor, and absence from work for Skyler's treatments. May I also mention Skylers little sister Alyssa Harrelson, she has been so worried about her big sissy, she's right there for her in every way❤️
