This gofundme account has been created for one of the most special women I know, Ashley Watford. Ashley is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend to many, and teacher. Ashley was married a little over a year ago and six months ago brought a beautiful, little boy into this world. Also, she has two step-children that she loves and cares for as her own. She has dedicated her life to helping those around her as a teacher in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch School District for the past 13 years.
On August 18th, 2016, Ashley was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. This comes to shock to us all as she is a healthy, young woman with no family history of this disease. We are raising funds to help with the upcoming medical bills that will accrue while she receives chemotherapy and a possible single/double masectomy.
This will be a difficult time for the family as they struggle with three children and keeping Ashley healthy and strong, but we know that she is in good hands as the doctors work dillengtly to heal her.
This money will mean so much to the family because it will be one less stress to family as they will bear enough as treatment goes on. These donations will help Ashley immediately as she undergoes further testing next week and receives treatment.
