Zak's Fight
Donation protected
As some of you may already know, Zak was in a tragic accident Thursday morning, while out celebrating his 18th Birthday. What should have been a joyous day turned dark when Zak was thrown from the bed of a truck and suffered a severe brain injury.
Zak is lucky to be alive right now and is putting up a strong fight at the ICU inside Baylor Scott & White Hospital. He is far from being out of the woods but we are hopeful and praying daily. What we know so far is that his skull is fractured, there's bleeding on his brain and swelling on the frontal lobe.
Each hour brings more information. They are keeping him closely monitored and doing brain CT scans every few hours to see if there is any improvemnet. At this time he is unable to communicate but does have movement in his legs. We will post more updates as they become avaliable.
Zak is barely 18 and was due to start his Senior year at The Colony High School on Monday. Instead he is fighting for his life. Please join me in supporting his family by giving a donation to help cover all the medical expenses they are incurring during this difficult time.
With the help from family members, friends, and anonymous and generous strangers I believe this goal will be more than achievable. Thank you for your time, and generosity. Your donation will go a long way in many peoples heart.
