Help me get a wheelchair!

Hello, My name is Matt Goodheart. I have been fighting MS since 2015 but it has finally got the best of me. I can no longer work and every penny counts, that's why I'm reaching out for help. I am still fighting this disease and I'll never give up but it's time to face the reality that I need a powered wheelchair to help me with daily life.
