Hi My name is Michael Kotlarek, I am the Nephew of Carol and Bob Glinka.
On Monday, August 15, 2016 Auntie Carol Glinka's dream came true. Although, liver cancer took her phsyical body. Her soul was reunited with her husband, Uncle Bob Glinka. He was her world ,her king and she did everything for him. As a multitasked individual Carol Glinka balanced serving God, Uncle Bob, and her church. In 2003 Bob suddenly passed away, leaving Auntie Carol heart broken with a void. On the surface, she seemed happy and strong as a rock but on the inside there was definately something missing.
Pushing forward, Carol Glinka would continue to serve in the church and continued to serve her large family.
Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also......
For years Auntie Carol lived a selfless life. With God and Uncle Bob at center of her heart she gave whatever else was necessary.Spiritually, financially, physically, and emotionaly she was there for it all. What made her special was she did all of it with no expectation of being rewarded or returned.
12 years, 8 months, and 26 days.... Is how long Auntie waited to have her dream come true. Sadly though, we are struggling a bit piecing together the final matters financially for Auntie Carol's funeral services. My family and I came together to discuss ways to help with the financial difficulty and decided upon this fundraiser. I know Auntie Carol touched many people and lives whether directly or indirectly. We ask you to please take this opportunity to give back to help our family.
Let's all put our hearts into Carol Glinka and honor her by sharing some of our treasures. We are sad that Aunt Carol passed, but so grateful for her to be reunited with Uncle Bob.
