Bob Lee is an old friend that I had the good fortune to meet in 2007 when working together. We then were able to work together again from 2009 to 2012. He has been a friend ever since 2007. I spent the day yesterday (August 17, 2016) with he and his family clearing out his ruined house.
Right now, he is faced with a huge financial challenge since his house and car were flooded . He had no flood insurance (since the bank did not require it and he felt safe from flooding). The gifts you give will be given to him to use for daily living for the near future. He is staying with family for now but needs to be out on his own again. Anyone who knows him can relate to this idea since he is so independent.
He and his 86 year old mother (who also lost her car) were rescued by boat last Saturday from the flood waters. His mom was in town to help him recover from surgery 2 weeks ago so she happened to be there during this event. She is very worried as she lives out of state.
Bob has unselfishly helped so many people in their careers and in their personal lives. He does this without fanfare and truly enjoys helping others..
