HELP US MOVE

We are the Cook/Olsen family. In July 2024, we finally moved out of our hometown. By all accounts, it looked like a dream. A cabin in the woods with 6 bedrooms that WE could afford?! We couldn't pack fast enough, and our entire savings went just as fast.
Upon move-in, we started noticing things: power often shorting out, cracked toilet, dryer so caked with lint and garbage it didn't work. We fixed the initial things, and then everything started going wrong: cabinet fronts falling off in pieces, weird dripping in the walls when you run the water, nails sticking out of everything, beams cracking, open space between logs that expose us to the outside, rats, feces, exposed insulation, 2 hinges on every door, and a broken front door. One of the windows completely fell out because it wasn't installed—just set into place and held up with a 2x4.
As we started to report things to our landlord, they started gaslighting, blaming, and accusing us of breaking these. Then we started noticing neighbors paying too much attention and reporting back to them. At this point, we were being watched and bullied. We were told everything from "it was fine when we were there, you're just not used to living in the woods, it's not gonna be sealed up like a city place," and so much more.
On January 2, we had a septic issue. They moved us to a cabin down the road where they also had us watched for one week. The septic issues did not stop until Feb 4. We have a lawyer and have filed a complaint for uninhabitable situation, horrible conditions, and they continue to deny that there is anything wrong with the place, blaming us for clogged pipes. So we got a home inspection, $400 out of our pocket to prove what we said. The home inspection was horrific. We were advised to vacate due to structural, electrical, plumbing, etc. It's been deemed unsafe. The landlords have stopped responding, and we have passed deadlines.
I just want to get my family out and somewhere safe. We spent everything we had to get here and have lost a significant amount of business since we have been here, making it very difficult to rebuild our savings. Any help is appreciated, and we are forever grateful.
