Hi my name is Sian Grange,I hate to post something so personal asking strangers for help but I’m desperate. I’m trying to raise money for a solicitor to get my baby home, he is 2 years old will be 3 on October 11th and his name is Ziki. His father is withholding him from my care due to our relationship breakdown and won’t let me see him in person only on FaceTime if and when he chooses. We have social worker involved but as his father has parental responsibility there isn’t much anyone can do. We have a court date next Tuesday but due to me not being eligible for legal aid and not having enough money to afford a solicitor I have to represent myself. Our son isn’t going to nursery and isn’t seeing his older brother who has autism and adhd and we are both struggling very much not having ziki at home with us. I have been zikis sole career all his life and have done everything I could to make sure he has always been safe and happy, I lost my dad October 15th 2023 and my children was the only things helping me get through it. If anyone can help in anyway I would really really appreciate it. Anything anyone can give would really help me get a solicitor to give me a chance at getting my baby home.
