Please help save Filip's eyesight
Donation protected
Adrian was a loving brother, son, and friend. He was an all around great guy that had a big heart. He was always willing to help anyone in anyway he could. Adrian unexpectedly passed away on August 7, 2016. Even after his death he wanted to make sure he could help by being an organ donor. Unfortunately due to circumstances surrounding his death, his organs couldn’t be donated.
About a year ago, when visiting family in Poland, Adrian met an 8-year-old boy named Philip. Philips suffers from a rare genetic disease called Epidermolysis Bullosa, a condition that means his skin blisters and tears at even the slightest touch. This disease has put a strain on his family, physically, mentally as well as financially. Philip is facing yet another problem caused by condition. He is losing his eyesight. He needs a very difficult and expensive operation to save his eyesight. The operation is in the $200k-$300k range.
So in memory of Adrian, our family is setting up this fund to help Philip in lieu of sending flowers at Adrian’s memorial service to help his family raise as much money as we can to save Philip’s eyesight. Among the pain and agony that he suffers on a daily basis from his condition, Philip deserves all the help he can get so he can continue to fight and enjoy the beautiful world around him.
Our family, as well as Philip’s is very thankful for every single donation made no matter how big or small. Every single dollar count and will go only towards the operation. We thank everyone sincerely from our hearts and in the Memory of Adrian Jablonski.
