Help me become a Certified Coach!

Dear Family and Friends,

Today I'm asking for your support to complete my coaching journey. 

3 years ago I was introduced to the power of coaching. It was during a time where I was struggling emotionally, questioning if I was cut out to be an organizer, and even thinking of walking away from organizing. 

Fortunately, I was blessed to have a fellow organizer  suggest to me that I try coaching to find answers and to find community. My first encounter with coaching transformed me as a person - from someone who constantly doubted themselves, lacking trust in their leadership, to someone who doubled-down as an organizer and has develeoped the confidence to now lead coaching circles to support other organizers like me.

I never thought I would get this far. Whether receiving coaching or acting as a coach, Coaching is now an inextricable part of my life. Just a few weeks ago I co-lead a 2-day coaching training for Asian American organizers all across the U.S., for the first ever National Asian American Organizer Peer Coaching Circle (Seeding Change)  - designed to support young API community and labor organizers to thrive in their work for social and economic justice, to organize for the long haul, and to transform our communities and society towards justice, love, and equity.


^ These were the amazing Organizers I trained from all over the US and International (Canada), from all spectrums of organizing  labor to community organizing.

In order to be a stronger source of support for my Asian American Organizing and Youth Organizing community, I have made the commitment  to participate and complete the 9 month Coaching for Transformation Certification Program. – which focuses on building social justice leaders of color as coaches. The total cost for my 9 month certification program will total to $6,000 - where I will receive in-person coaching training, mentoring, as well as personal coaching. I am asking that you help me raise $5000 for my complete registration.

In return for donating, I will provide coaching for you or anyone you would like if you donate the following amounts:

$25 – 30 min of coaching
$50 - 1 hour of coaching
$75 - 1.5 hours of coaching
$100 - 2 hours of coaching
