Help for the Moser Family Amidst Medical Crisis
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
Theresa Moser is a dedicated mother of three wonderful children: Aiden (6 years old), Calvin (4 years old), and Roxy (2 years old). This month, she was preparing to rejoin the workforce, but life had other plans.
This past weekend, Tyler Moser, Theresa's beloved husband, was admitted to the hospital with what seemed to be symptoms of appendicitis. The diagnosis, however, was more dire than anyone could have expected. Tyler has contracted COVID, which has led to both pneumonia and sepsis. Due to these severe complications, surgery isn't an option, leaving Tyler in grave medical danger.
With Tyler facing an extended recovery period and unable to work, and Theresa dedicated to supporting him while managing the needs of their young children, the Moser family is navigating uncharted waters. Tyler, a hardworking blue-collar worker from Frederick, MD, unfortunately, won't receive any financial support from his job during this crisis.
The weight of this situation is made even heavier by the heartaches of recent years. Theresa lost her older brother, Peter Smith, to cancer just last year when he was in his mid-thirties. Only a few years before, her younger sister, Kate, was taken from them suddenly and unexpectedly.
In the midst of their own challenges, the Moser family has consistently given back to their Frederick community. They are pillars in their church, always lending a helping hand to neighbors, and have shown unwavering love and support to friends and family alike.
We humbly ask for your support in raising $15,000. These funds will be instrumental in covering the lost wages, ensuring that the family's needs for home, food, gas, and utilities are met in the coming months. Additionally, any unforeseen medical expenses not covered by insurance can be managed.
No contribution is too small. Every dollar, every share, every prayer, and every word of encouragement means the world to Theresa and her family. In these challenging times, it's the strength of our community and the kindness of strangers that can make all the difference.
From the depths of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read, share, and support.
With gratitude,
Collin Roche (cousin to the Moser & Smith Family)
