Paddy's LA Flood Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Joan Patricia Guillot (also known as Pat-Pat, Paddy, or Grandma) is one of the many victims of the South Louisiana flood. She has likely lost everything, as her home in Denham Springs has had seven feet of water in it for days. It has been almost a week since the flooding began, and she is still unable to get into her home.

This flood has left Paddy without a home and without possessions. Being a widow in her mid-seventies, she has very little ability to recover from these losses on her own. This GoFundMe fundraiser has been setup by her family to help bulldoze what is left of her property when the floods recede and to help her begin the process of recovery.

As of now, she is in good spirits and is holding fast to her God, even in the midst of this disaster. By God's grace, she has much family in Louisiana who will take care of her going forward, but for now Paddy has suffered  devastating losses. She and her family are grateful for anything you are able to contribute towards her recovery.

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you" (Isaiah 43:2).
