Jay & Jens Thanks Elk Manor Wedding

Last fall my Fiance and I found the perfect place to hold our October 2016 wedding. We entered into a contract with The Winery at Elk Manor. We have since paid $6800.00 for the use of the barn on their property. This week we found out through family members that Elk Manor had closed their gates and was shutting down. With no phone call or warning we are out all $6800.00 and a venue for our wedding. I received an email stating that they are unable to uphold their end of the contract and will not be refunding anyone their money. Us and many other couples have been crushed by the news. We plan to still get married but will need to find another venue. We are paying for this ourselves and could really use some help. We just had a baby on 3/28/16 and with daycare and other costs raising the money all over from scratch seems like a heavy load to bare.  Hoping that my fiance and I can still make this special day happen.
