Help me get my smile back

Hello friends, family and countryman!!! If you know me, you know how hard it is for me to ask for help! Well I'm asking for help, I'm getting my teeth fixed, for health reasons (don't want another heart attack) and I need help to cover a portion of the bill! It's been quite the year for me, having the heart attack January 25, having been reanimated three times and able to walk away, so if you're able to help, it would extremely appreciated.
