After having surgery in August 2015 for removal of sections of his pancreas, spleen and a small region of the colon (the area where the pancreas was resting) my son Duane Marc Haywood received chemo and radiation therapies from two (2) of our country's most prestigious Hospital: ( Sloan Kettering and Cancer Treatment Centers of America) his stage 4 cancer is progressing! 
He has not been accepted into any "promising clinical trials"(there are many needy persons ahead of him.) 
We are encouraged that other treatment therapies exist and the thousands of pancreatic cancer survivors attest to the success of those treatments.' I sincerely hope that you, my friends, colleagues, human services constituents of the past forty (40) years will join/help me in securing funds in the shortest possible time -- over the next several weeks! ----to give Marc a fighting chance to live to see his son grow into manhood. Every penny counts, every prayer counts, every additional input into his treatment counts, and I (we) will forever be grateful and thankful for your help in times like these.  Your funds will help to cover Marc's treatment, cost of medicines (not covered by insurance), travel, food and lodging to the West Coast and a Baja California treatment clinic (Hoxsey Biomedical Treatment).
