Kelly Behrendt's Funeral

My father, Kelly Patrick Behrendt passed away on 9/5/2015 due to complications from COPD. Unfortunately my father was never very wealthy and his pension was "life only" so it was lost with his death, he had no savings and his life insurance lapsed a month ago. The union and insurance companies will not budge on their decisions to not pay for my father. This has left me, Patrick Kelly Behrendt to pay for my father's service. I am a medic (EMT-P) student who works between two jobs to support his family and home. I have never had much money myself and to cover my father's service, I will need some additional funds. I am never one to beg, and I hate to ask for money but I cannot do this by myself. I have half of what is required for his service, but once again... my family needs assistance to give my father a proper send off. I'm in talks with the MN cremation society and working with them to take care of the rest of the services. Please help my father and family in our time of need.
