Max's Mitzvah Project
Tax deductible
I am having my Bar Mitzvah at the end of August 2020. My Bar Mitzvah project is to raise money for a charity called AbleGamers. AbleGamers is a Non Profit organization that helps gamers with disabilities by providing them with special equipment that will help them play video games. These gamers with disabilities can’t use regular Xbox controllers and the controllers that help the gamers with disabilities cost a lot of money. Let's help them! Please donate 10 bucks, or whatever you can afford, so we can help these gamers have a fun time too.
Here are the ways you can donate.
1. We are having a Madden 20 and NBA 2K20 tournament (XBOX ONLY), $10 to join per tournament. Winner gets an AbleGamers t-shirt. You must be under the age of 18 to join. The deadline to register is July 6. The tournament will begin soon after.
2. Art contest. You will be judged on a picture you create of someone playing video games $10 to join. Winner gets an AbleGamers t-shirt. You can be any age to enter this competition. The deadline for entry is August 8. The winner will be decided soon after.
3. JUST DONATE!
If you would like to join the Madden 20 or NBA 2K20 tournament please email me at the email you got this link from. The Madden tournament works in a regular NFL season mode and the NBA2K20 tournament works in a bracket style mode that I will create.
If you would like to submit your creation of a person playing a video game to be judged by an exquisite panel of world renowned art critics, a.k.a, me, my dad, my mom, and my brother, please email me at the email you got this link from.
Even if you aren’t a gamer or artist we would still appreciate the donation because it is not only going to benefit the kids it will also benefit you and make you feel better as a person.
The AbleGamers Foundation Inc: The AbleGamers Foundation, also known as AbleGamers Charity, is a 50c(3) nonprofit public charity that aims to improve the overall quality of life for those with disabilities through the power of video games. With the support of large studios, and individual gamers, we are able to use the our love of video games to give people a sense of belonging, and a chance to be anything they want to be, regardless of ability. Thank you for your support.
