Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about our fathers story.
Our dad turned 70 years old on July 11th of this year. We all got together and threw a huge party for his 70th and my aunts 60th. He was blessed enough to be surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and Great grandchildren. He danced and partied until well ....he danced and partied again. He was lively, energetic, and hilarious that day. So one could understand how surprised, shocked, and devastated that our father passed away from a heart attack on August 15th.
Our father never gave us too many stipulations when it came to his arrangements, however he has always called Chicago, IL his home. In order to transport his remains from California to Illinois it could cost up $7,000 or more on top of the arrangements made for the ceremony here in San Diego. We want to be able fulfill our fathers dream up being able to finally rest, and go home. So we ask for whatever help can be offered. Thank you and God Bless.
