Please help with Hay for Donkeys

Donkeys!
I started rescuing Donkeys many years ago from auctions. They were neglected, mistreated, abused, badly fed. Some I have rehomed, 2 died of old age. At the moment I have 4 donkeys and 1 mule who I rescued in the Shuswap. I moved them here when I recently moved back to Vancouver Island. I had not been able to rehome them and so, brought them with me, which made a massive dent in my savings.
Its been 9 months of major adjustment for the Donkeys on rainy Vncouver Island. I had to build 2 paddocks and several shelters to keep the Donkeys dry. (They are normally desert animals). At the end of winter, I had to pay $20 for each bale of hay. On an average between the 5 equines they eat a bale of hay a day. My savings have drastically dwindled from all the expenses over last year, but the happiness they bring makes it all worthwhile.
The Donkeys all needed their teeth done, and every two months their feet trimmed by a farrier.
Luckily Im in good health and can do most of the work myself, but, I am on a pension, and the cost, for me, for a year for the hay, dentist, and farrier and odd vet visit, is roughly $4500. Ive been using my savings up until now, but wont be able to much longer.
I really dont want to lose the Donkeys, they ae all finally happy, contented, and get weekly walks in the forest and are loved by all. I have people who come to walk with them on trails, neighbourhood kids come feed them, challenged people of various ages get great calm and joy from stroking and grooming them.
The Donkeys and myself will be forever grateful for any help you can give us. We have a good life and it would be so traumatic for both the Donkeys and myself to have to start trying to find suitable homes and split us all up.
The 2nd crops of hay are happening now and I would like to get as much as 160 bales stored before the rains come again, although the price of hay is still a little high, $8-$10/bale.
