Hi my names megan and i am from cwmbran .. I am 19 year old and i was born with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. I love my life and i always make everyone smile when i smile :) my family would like to raise some money to help me talk so i communicate with them better :) and they can finally hear my beautiful voice :) please help me and my family achieve this :) every penny counts thank you x
