Dear Friends, Family and Colleague,
As some of you may have heard, there was a devastating apartment explosion that claimed eight lives, injured more than 30, and displacing hundreds in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our Friend and colleague Eskinder Ayele is one of the fortunate survival who escaped the devastating fire by jumping from second floor window to safety. By the grace of God, he survived the fall with minor lacerations and bruises. Although he had survived this devastating fire, he is left with traumatic experience of losing his neighbors and personal belongings to the fire.
Not only is he facing ever-increasing medical bills and continuing recovery treatments, he needs to rebuild his lives and livelihood starting with basic daily essentials like clothes, furniture, medicines, transportation etc. and of course, new housing.
Everyone involved would be grateful and thankful for any donation to help him face his new life challenges and daily needs,
