Help Adrian move to a safer place

Update: because Adrian and Lena have been robbed three times this week, they no longer feel safe in their neighborhood, especially as a queer interracial couple. This fund is intended to cover part of what was stolen and some of the moving fees.

Recently my good friend, Adrian, threw a lovely party to celebrate her new apartment with her partner, Lena. At said party, someone stole $700 of her hard earned savings while Adrian was outside. This is extremely heartbreaking because Adrian trusted and took care of all of her guests but also:
1. She works extremely hard for her money. She's worked all summer waitressing to save up and support herself.
2. She just recently got an apartment which is not cheap to take care of.
3. She is saving money for grad school and we all know how torturous debt is.
4. She already has many taken out many student loans and has sizable debt which will take years to pay for.
5. She's an actress which is both important and highly underpaid work.
I can go on here but my point is that this is a horrible thing that happened to Adrian and Lena. They deserve to get that money back. If every person on Adrian's or on my Facebook timeline donated a dollar, we'd have the money easily. I don't want them to struggle just because they were warm enough to open their home. Please please donate what you have and share this.
