In need of your help.

Hi I am Katrina a nurse who works for CHI St. Joseph in Bryan TX. I battle systemic lupus and 4 different arthritis. I am in dire need of a bilateral hip replacement, but am in need of money for rent and utilities before I can start. I have had to call off so much because of the immense pain and not being able to walk that I don't have enough pay for time off accumulated.
