comfort care and funeral expenses

I'm Jills mother. Jill was 9 when she came down with the chicken pox and a few months later she was diagnosed with Diabetes. Jill is now 41 and has had 2 pancreas transplants and she received a kidney from her oldest brother. She became blind in 2002 from over lazering of her eyes due to trying to stop diabetic retinapathy . Jill received her first pancreas from the Mayo clinic and then her brothers kidney in 2007. 2013 she got pancreas no.2 in Indianapolis and has been in Indiana ever since. Jill then had a mole in the small of her back which was melanoma. The mole was removed but the cancer had spread and it is in her stomach and lungs.
The money will be used to have her transported home as she will now be in comfort care . She will also need to help plan her funeral and get a final resting place. We are over whelmed at how fast the cancer is progressing and she "wants to live yet" as she said that she isn't ready to go. She is my only little girl and this is so hard to handle.
Money is needed as her health has cost us a lot out of pocket over the years.
Jill has always been a caregiver as she was a nurse, and waitress for years. When Jill became blind she assisted young students with their math and reading. I could go on and on about my sweet Jill but these are the basics and WE need your help.
They want to transport Jill here to our home for comfort care in Wisconsin .
We , her family, Dan(her father)Sylvia (me, the mom) and brothers Jeremy(wife Nicole, children Arianna, Ethan, Elijah,Avelyn) Martin (wife Robyn, children Tucker, Summer ,Alex and Haley) would like to say THANK YOU and we'd appreciate any help that we can get.
