Help LA YBOA directors Jason & Mike

Jason Laborde & Mike Picou are the directors of YBOA (Youth Basketball of American) Louisiana. Both Jason & Mike live in Denham Springs, LA which has been devastated by historical flooding over the past two days. Both of them and their families are well but, both have lost everything they owned in the flooding.
A STATEMENT FROM THE YBOA HEADQUARTERS:
"Youth Basketball of America asks that we unite in helping our long-standing YBOA Directors in Louisiana after being decimated by the historic floods in their state. Mike Picou and Jason Laborde have lost their homes, cars and possessions in this tragic event. Mike & Jason have had a tremendous, positive impact on YBOA as well as the youth, coaches and families in Louisiana for over a decade. Their contributions to our organization and their community are immeasurable. We now stand with them as they work to recover and rebuild their lives and surroundings….much of which is taken for granted until tragedy arises. We will support and contribute financially to the generous fund that has been established in their names. We humbly ask that you join us in this campaign as well as offering up prayers for Mike, Jason, their families and everyone affected by suffering associated with these unforgettable events."
These guys give their heart & soul so the youth of SE Louisiana has a basketball organization where kids can come and play in basketball leagues/tournaments.
I hope the basketball community and friends would help support them and help them so they can continue the great work that they do for the youth in Denham Springs and around SE Louisiana. The funds collected will be split equally between the two of them to help them get back on their feet. Both are employees of the Livingston Parish (LA) School System with Mike being the basketball coach at Denham Springs Junior High and Jason is the printing/graphic arts manager for the school system.

This fund drive is being created by Michael Samardzija, I have known both of these gentleman and had the privilege of working with them for years in producing their events.
