My name is Sydney Wynn from Tioga, Tx and I created this go find me account for my Sister Heather, Brother in Law Chris, and my Niece Keylee who are from Denham Springs Louisiana.On August 13th, 2016, South Louisiana was hit with historic, fast-rising flood waters a declaration of emergency. By Saturday morning, the Amite River in Denham Springs, Louisiana, had reached the historic crest level of 41.5 feet. By Sunday morning the tributary was at 46 feet.
My sister and her familiy made it out safely with two bags and the clothes on their backs. The water has receded enough to see the damage and most of their possessions will have to be replaced including their vehicles. The money will be used to help replace some of the items lost, as well as help with their day to day expenses. Heather will be able to access the money from this go fund me account.
