My name is Christina Smith. I am from Lafayette, Louisiana, and I am a friend of Adam and Ashley Kilgore. I have set up this account to raise money for them to replace their flooring, sheetrock, and items destroyed within their home.

August 13, 2016 is a date that my dear friends Adam and Ashley Kilgore will never forget. It was truly a devastating day for this sweet couple. Torrential rain began the day prior, and as the rain continued to pound Lafayette, Louisiana; their entire home flooded. They have lost everything. Now, they are faced with this overwhelming loss and will have to rebuild. Everyone that knows Adam and Ashley, knows how hard working and kind they are. Adam works very hard to support his family as Ashley completes nursing school. Ashley is always there to help those in need, and her passion is to become a nurse and continue to help others. They have two sweet little boys that began school this past week and will now be displaced during the start of their school year.
