My Aunt, Jacqueline Brantley Early (Jackie) is an amazingly strong woman who continously endures a montage of physical, bodily ailments. When she was in her early 20's, Jackie discovered she was living with a disease, and she swiftly began to lose the use of her legs, to later find she had Multiple Sclerosis (MS)- an autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system attacks it's own tissues, rendering the body limited, and in her most recent state, completely disabled in her lower body. www.mslifelines.com
Jackie is currently confined to a mobility chair and requires 100% assistance to and from it. But, this is not a sob story; it's a praise report. If you were to speak with her, you would be encouraged and inspired to just keep going in your own life.

Most recently, Jackie was severely burned with scolding, hot water as she was caring for herself. The water burned her arm and 3 other parts of her body with 2nd degree burns, and now she is beginning several skin grafting procedures.

At the behest, of the MS and the skin burns, my aunt is in need of 100% care and assistance. She has been unable to walk since 2011. The government offers no assistance for her, and my family is aiding her as best we can, however, our aid is limited. We are in need of hiring 'round-the-clock care for her, and out-of-pocket, this is a costly expense. Jackie is a veteran of the United States of America, a college graduate of the University of South Carolina, and is not yet 50 years of age. Jackie is also medically retired from the Dept. of Corrections/law enforcement.  Certainly, if anyone knows of the appropriate channels for acquiring assistance, i.e., home care, medical funding, and physical therapy,  don't hesitate to reach out to us.

For nearly 30 long years, she has persevered and remained strong. My family and I would like to keep her protected and cared for. We are now calling for the village of friends, community dwellers, and fellow, world citizens to help us with our goal.
