Flood relief for single mom of two

Our family home, located in Highland Ridge Subdivision in Youngsville,  has been devastated by the historic flood of 2016.  As of the last 24+ hours, our home has held nearly a foot of water, destroying nearly everything we own.  Both vehicles, for my daughter and myself have water inside and are not drivable.  As a single mother of 2, I could not afford flood insurance.  Any and all assistance is appreciated to get my home liveable again for myself and 2 children.
