Monte Skidmore & Rhonda Henkemeier

On August 12th Monte and his girlfriend Rhonda were traveling to Dallas to meet up with a new mc group when they had to make a sudden swerve to avoid hitting an 18 wheeler and in the process Montes bike hit the truck and they went down. Rhonda has a broken collar bone some road rash and a collapsed lung. She is on the road to recovery. Monte is in ICU at Baylor hospital of Dallas. He has a severe brain injury and had to be operated on right away. His skull bone collapsed in causing damage to the right side of his brain. A neurosurgeon had to remove a portion of his brain and reconstruct the skull bone but there are several pieces of asphalt gravel and skull trapped that he wasn't able to remove. He has several broken bones in his face, he split his knee cap in half and they had to perform surgery on that while they were operating on his brain. He will need several more surgeries moving forward but we have to see if he will pull out of his coma first. We just spoke with the nurse and he is on higher oxygen level today his lungs aren't doing so well. He has Brian activity but we are still so far away from knowing Anything.
