Erica's Flood Fund 2016

This fund is for my little sister and her family. Their house in Baton Rouge flooded on August 13th, 2016. The last they saw it, it had four feet of water in it and the water was still rising. They have made it out safely and are staying with family. Having managed to get their vehicles out, they grabbed what personal belongings they could on the way out, but will likely be going through significant expense the next few months involved with living away from home, enrolling their awesome daughter in a new school, clothing, uniforms, and the necessities of life lost to the waters.

They currently have no timetable on being able to return to their home and any insurance money will likely be delayed due to their mortgage company not living up to their obligation to keep up with flood insurance payments out of their escrow account.

Any help at all you could give would be deeply appreciated by her whole family, including me, her big brother, who has been sitting here half the morning wondering what he could do.
