At 3:20pm on August 10, we said goodbye to a very special Mom, Daughter, Sister, Grandma, Mother-In-Law, Aunt & Friend. Over the past 15 months Mom fought with everything she had to beat her Cancer diagnosis and to live life to the best of her ability with whatever time she had left. She lived and loved fiercly for her kids Taylor & Justin Matchett, Drew & Dana MacIntosh and her youngest (and most favourite) Hunter Moffatt as well as dotted over her Grandson Brooks.
Many family & friends have requested how they can honour Heather and help in any way during this difficult time. As Hunter was always Mom's biggest worry as he is just about to enter Grade 10, the family has set up an RESP that anyone who would like to donate to can. We thank all our family & friends for the love and support we have received over the past few days as well as the past 15 months. We look forward to celebrating Mom's life on Sunday August 21st from 12-4 at our home in Orillia (258 Matchedash Street North) for anyone who is able to make it at all during the day for a drop in.
