David Snowden Memorial Fund

On August 10th, our nation, our community and our families lost a well respected, kind hearted individual. He had A FOCUS SO BIG in life to "NEVER BE TOO BUSY" to help someone out.

USMC CPL. David Gene Snowden was a loving husband to his wife Jessica, a noble son to his parents William and Judy Snowden and a brother and friend to so many.

David was the epitome of what makes this world shine!
He was that  person that made the room glow when he walked in with his humor, dancing, guitar playing and singing.

The man we speak so highly of is not only our biological brother but one of our very best friends.

However, biological or not...we all share something in common. We all knew "1" thing about David.
He "NEVER" turned his back, he accepted "all" of us for who we are regardless of our backgrounds. He treated everyone as the single individual they were.

Snowden had one of the largest hearts in this world.
We also know that when he set a goal....NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK -- he went at it "head-strong" until it was obtained. "EVEN-IF" it meant taking 4 steps backwards to get there.

His wife Jessica has been by his side since day one. She has hung on through the thickest and the darkest places, only to reflect on each other like a shiny jewel.

We all know that Jess has been left with a puzzle that is missing that "1" piece.  She is carrying a heavy load right now.  We owe this to David.

We're placing a goal of "$1,000"
Our veterans are "NEVER" compensated for their worth, let alone if something tragic takes place.

This unexpected loss has taken us all by surprised. We are confused and broken. However, after the phrase "Suck it up!" -- David would tell you to look "UP" - because that's where the strength is.

So, friends, please don't question this...just know that we have one heck of a MARINE guarding the gates of our future home. -- I don't know about you, but we feel God knew  exactly what he was doing when he chose our brother to do this mighty job. -- We have always known we can count on him.

Now, here on earth, it's our job to do a brother a favor and take care of what meant most to him.  His wife "JESSICA"  -- I need some "SEMPRE FI" comments and a whole lot of support.

We love you Dave - Fly High and keep protecting us as you always have. Forever in our hearts.

WHO'S IN!???  LETS BLOW THIS GOAL UP!
