Sam had open heart surgery at United heart Hosp in St Paul to repair his aortc root and replace a leaky valve on April 30th, 2015, the next day he suffered a heart attack,
Which lead to him being hooked up to an (ECMO) machine, heavy sedation and transfer to Abbott Northwestern Hosp in Mpls for 14 days the did the work for his heart and lungs to give him a rest while he healed, while (ECMO) saved his life, it caused a below the knee amputation of his left leg , we are now raising funds for Sam to cover Medical bills, all equipment such as prosthetics, wheel chair, Core Program at Courage Kenny
and all other expenses. Please help our 21 year old son Sam. Thank you
