Help Me Help My Best Friend

My beautiful best friend is the one on the right, I am on the left, and we have no idea who is in the middle; this shows our fun, close friendship together.
She is a full-time firefighter/paramedic in the State of Wisconsin and used all of her sick leave and personal leave to realize she has been misdiagnosed over the past year(s) and now knows she has Genetic Hemocromotsis. Even with health insurance, she is overwhelmed with just the thought of medical bills already piled up. She's still awaiting medical clearance to be able to return to work full time and doesn't have any financial support at the level that she needs.
SO, I'm asking for those out there who have a best friend, to please help me help mine. I do not live in Wisconsin, so I can't be there to help her. All I can do is try to help her from far away.
