We are Colleagues of Gene Lentz at Keller Williams Palo Alto and KW Menlo Park.

We are raising money to assist Gene Lentz with medical and living expenses, as he recently had his leg amputated due to complications from Diabetes.  

The money will be used for the following types of expenses: Housing Assistance, Moving Assistance, Home Medical devices such as a Shower Chair and various devices for getting around, and possibly a conversion of his car pedals to make it easy for Gene to drive with only one leg.

Gene will be accounting for all of his expenses, and we will provide this accounting to anyone who asks to see it.

Part of the goal of this GoFundMe Campaign for Gene is to make him eligible for a KW Cares Grant. Generally speaking, a KW Cares Grant requires that the first round of fundraising be done on a local level.

This means so much to Gene because he is understandably distraught regarding the loss of his health and his leg. He is going to have to learn how to live very differently in the future, while still keeping his business going. He still has to support himself and his lovely daughters. It is our time to give back to Gene, as he has spent thousands of hours supporting our Realtor Community as both a SILVAR and CAR director for many years. This is the least we can do to help our good friend and colleague.

Your support will do far more than help Gene get back on his feet (no pun intended), MOST importantly, Gene will feel the care and love of our community at a dark time in his life. Please be generous.
