For the love of Chris

Many of you know Chris Buongiorno from Jenny Craig. But did you know she has worked in the weight loss, beauty and exercise community for a long time? She has dedicated most of her life to helping and encouraging others to be better and more authentic representatives of themselves. Now it is our turn to help Chris.

Having breast cancer a few years ago, and surviving that challenging life event, Chris now faces a more devastating turn in her life. She recently had a double mascetomy the end of July, and will need our assistance. She had re constructive surgery, and all that goes along with trying to save her life, and still be a fabulous womanly woman in this world. Not only will she need medical and personal support, but she will be job hunting soon too. Chris’s health issues are daunting enough, along with the cost of this extended and complicated surgery, continuing to worry about everyone in her family, and then to change her work life, her near future, must be a looming and exhausting prospect also.

Let’s give her back the support and love she has given to all of us over the years. Let’s support Chris so her medical bills do not take over the ability and strength and peace she needs to heal, and let’s give her the opportunity to re invent her life again, with a clean slate going forward.

We all have times in our lives that make us take pause, and personally discover,that right now, divine intervention has given us something we must deal with that is over whelming, stressful and bigger than us. We get through these times with prayer, inner strength and support from our loved ones, and our friends. Now is the time to support Chris and to show her that, yes, I remember that time in my life, and I got through it. Chris, you will too!
