My name Teka Thomas. I am 36 years old and i am currently living in Kingston Jamaica.  I was recently diagianozed with Endocarditis and pulmonary embolism, which affects my heart and lungs.  

I am asking for your help because this illneess if not treated will cost me my life.  The treatment entitles a medication called daptomycin which is only avaiable in the U.S.  The fund donated will promovide treatment for a 3 week period while the doctors hope will be enough. 

My family and I would be ever greatful for this assistance as we never expected or have a history of this virus.
