Please help Jax walk again

Our dog jax injured his back two days ago and has been suffering through paralysis in his hind legs due to slipped disc in the lumbar region in his spine. Surgery is recommended asap in order for him to have a chance at regaining control of his legs. My family is not in the greatest financial situation and we could use some help coming up with the money.
