Help dezzy

Hi guys , on the night of 11/16/20 at 8:40 a truck ran over my dog , dragged him for about 4 feet and didn’t even stop. My baby boy dezzy is 1 years old and such a brave and strong boy. He is hospitalized for a few days to gain some strength to be able to have orthopedic surgery. Since we aren’t expecting this we didn’t. Have time to prepare financially. Please help us !
