German Antonio Franco passed away this past Monday Morning leaving behind a loving wife, three children, and four grandchildren. German was loving husband, father, friend, and so much more. He was well respected and a positive contributor to our community. His passing this week was unexpected. The Franco family is trying to raise money to help cover funeral services. My father would never ask for money, especially for him, but we are very appreciative of any donation to help our family throughout this process.
