Richard Brace Jr 2r
Donation protected
Hello, we are David and Tiana and are long time friends of Richard Brace Jr. As many people are aware Richard flipped in his 410 sprint car last Saturday night while attending the King of the West show in Placerville, Ca. Unfortunately Richard suffered compression fractures to his T2, T3 and T4 vertebras with one of them compressed up to 40%. He is very lucky that he will not need surgery at this time only bed rest and no contact sport (including racing) for 3 months.
What some of you may not realize is that Richard is the owner/operator of Brace Muffler and Welding in Lake of the Pines. Since he is a small business owner he can not collect disbility while he is off work recovering and therefore he has very limited income until he can get back to work. While he is trying to recover Richard's dad, Dick, is doing all he can at the age of 77 to try and keep the business going which Richard is very thankful for but unfortunately there are many projects that will have to wait for Richard's return. All of Richard's friends and family want Richard to concentrate on healing and not worring about how he's going to pay his bills so please consider donating even a small amount. I know how tight money is for all of us that are involved in racing but I'm hoping that enough people can donate $10 and that will add up and help Rich through this very difficult time.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and donate if you are able to. Also, please share this link to raise awareness of Richard's situation.
